NJ judge rules smoking can continue in Atlantic City casinos

In a legal blow to New Jersey casino workers, a state judge dismissed a lawsuit seeking to ban smoking on casino floors.

Superior Court Judge Patrick Bartels ruled in favor of the nine struggling Atlantic City casinos challenging the lawsuit.

Despite the known risks from second hand smoke, the court sided with profit over health.
