BILOXI, Miss. (Sept. 11, 2019) – Beau Rivage Resort & Casino proudly presents the 12th Annual Gulf Coast Poker Championship
Event 6, a Seniors No Limit Hold’em $300 Buy-In tallied a staggering 274 total entrants and boasted a total prize pool of $64, 938. Felix Legasse of Auburn, Ala. was lucky enough to land first place and $14,000.

The $1,350 main event gets underway Saturday at 1 p.m. with the first of two starting flights. The second flight is scheduled for Sunday, also at 1 p.m. The fields will combine on Monday (1 p.m.) for the re-start and play till its conclusion. Last years event swelled to nearly half a million dollars. Defending champion Tim Burt is expected to be in attendance to defend his title.
The Gulf Coast Poker Championship has a unique tournament format designed to offer multiple day events. Registration begins at 6 p.m. on Sept. 5, and will continue daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Poker results and winner photos will be updated daily to Beau Rivage Digital Newsroom.
